1. General Conditions & Acceptable Use

2. Product Specifications & Pricing Adjustments

  • Pricing Accuracy: All listed prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to alter prices, active discount promotions (such as 5% advance payment discounts), or special offers at any time without prior announcement.

  • Color & Visual Discrepancies: While we strive to present accurate product photos, slight color or lighting variations may occur depending on screen displays.

3. Ordering, Checkout & Cancellation

  • Order Verification: Placing an order via our express form constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to verify orders via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Fake/Fraudulent Orders: Placing orders with incorrect phone numbers or fake addresses is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate IP blacklist reporting.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of booking by contacting support at 0313-5414295. Once dispatched via courier, cancellation is not possible.

4. Shipping & Rider Delivery Rules

  • Delivery timelines are 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

  • No Open-Parcel Policy at Delivery: Courier riders are contracted solely to deliver sealed packages and collect payments. Customers are not permitted to open or test products before payment. All claims regarding wrong, damaged, or defective items are handled through our official 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy.

5. Administrative Desk vs. Logistics Warehouse

  • Head Office Address: 1765 street no 137, Sector 1 Gulshanabad Adiala road, Rawalpindi (Administrative & Management operations).

  • Logistics & Returns: Orders are fulfilled from centralized fulfillment warehouse hubs. Any authorized return must be sent to the specific warehouse address provided by customer support upon claim approval.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governed Law

PK TECH VIBE shall not be held liable for indirect, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse. These terms are governed and construed under the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
